Chronically Unbreakable

As a sufferer of chronic illnesses I have come to realise that one of the most important tools for the journey is the knowledge that you are not alone.
Chronically Unbreakable has been founded to bring together those that have chronic illnesses, developing a community where information and support can be shared.

We may have illnesses that have changed our lives and limit us in different ways but we have our smiles and our perseverance both of which are unbreakable!

Launched on September 13th 2011 Chronically Unbreakable will be a continual work in progress, come and join us for the journey!
